Natio Skincare: Renew Radiance Review

So, as a teenager I don't have huge amounts of money to splurge on skincare (Oh but if I could!!). However, as a beauty and skincare obsessed chickadee I do like to select a range that works for me, and that feels a little luxurious. This is exactly what I have found in the Natio skincare range.
Natio is an Australian brand, and is promoted as plant-based skincare for the contemporary lifestyle.
Just a little background, I have normal to dry skin :)
The range within Natio I have really been enjoying is the Renew Radiance selection. The aim of these products is to promote a brighter, fresher complexion and remove excess sebum. I have so far used the foaming cleanser, exfoliator and night cream from the Renew Radiance range.

Foaming Cleanser: This cleanser is beautiful, pearly white and smells pleasantly herbal. It foams nicely but isn't over-drying.
Exfoliator: The texture of this exfoliator is quite different as it's a gel that is a little on the runny side. However I think it gently helps to cleanse deeper and dry out any problem areas on my face.
Night Cream: Again, like most Natio products this smells clean and herbal. The consistency is quite thick which is a positive as you don't need much, so I simply pat it all over my face after cleansing and toning. It sinks into my skin relatively quickly and leaves my face feeling plump and renewed. Yay!

All in all, I have really enjoyed these products and am going to invest in the eye cream soon. And the best bit?! These products are all pretty affordable, between 15 and 20 Australian Dollars :)

What's your favourite skincare range? Do you mix and match or not?

LOTD: Love of the Day

“Fashion does not have to prove that it is serious. It is the proof that intelligent frivolity can be something creative and positive”
Karl Lagerfield

I love this quote, as it sums up (for me) the great attributes of fashion. While we may not be saving the world by scrolling through sites for the perfect scarf or sweater for winter, creating a look that you want to wear is more productive and thoughtful than sitting in front of the T.V all day. So, without further ado, here is my LOTD for clothes...

How edgy and cool are these black and white, Union Jack leggings?!?

What's your favourite piece at the moment?

It's Party Time; Ideas and Intentions

"The Formal", also known as Prom, dance, ball etc. Either you love it or you hate it, but I am one of those girls who has been planning what to wear, both make-up and dress wise for the past 6 months. I love the fact that you can splurge on a beautiful dress because if there is one time to do so, this is it. Or that pair of shoes you have been dying to even just try on but you really didn't need, have suddenly become more attainable. Formal night is the night that everyone feels special, and who doesn't want that? So, I'm going to share with you my ideas for my dress, shoes, make-up and hair. Hopefully if you have an event coming up this could spark some ideas for your big night :)

The dress:
I am having a dress made like this but in cream, by a family friend who is a successful dress designer :)

The shoes:
I love the pop of colour these cobalt blue wedges give the look

Make-Up Inspiration:
Orange/coral lips, with a shimmery brown, smoked out eye

And finally, a soft and elegant up-do...

What do you think? Seeing as this is my first post I would really appreciate any comments and feedback :)

Lots of Love,
